Six times a year, Inside Dharma produces a newsletter composed by and for inmates of correctional institutions who are interested in walking the Buddhist path of non-violence, compassion and right conduct.

The newsletter projects the authentic voice of those struggling to follow The Middle Way during their confinement, and it also includes thoughts and instruction from Buddhistteachers, as well as news about Inside Dharma events.

“Thank you so much for the Inside Dharma newsletter. ..It’s ironic that I had to lose everything in the material world to find out what real wealth is, and I had to come to prison to realize what real freedom is…I have found that what is left after all has been lost is what lasts and matters. Thanks for all you’re doing to make a difference in our lives.” - Tom

“For the past few years I have experienced a spiritual awakening thanks to individuals…who have shown me the way. The original theory was to think my way into a new way of acting, but I discovered how to act my way into a new way of thinking. I am very blessed today… I give you my word that I will do my best to pass along the spiritual blessings that have been passed along to me. Thank you.” – Robert

“I have been reading Inside Dharma [newsletter] for several years now. It has become a very big part of my life. When I have missed issues…I almost feel lost without it.” - Clarence
